Nice enough hotel in convenient position
Location is pretty good and convenient with train stop nearby. Clean and well kept hotel. Rooms are small, but pleasant and well maintained.
The room was very small. The shower was so small and a large person would not have fitted in!! Breakfast was poor by quality. Really very poor. Reception staff were very friendly and always tried hard, but lacked in depth knowledge and detail to assist tourists well. The app, you have to do everything through the app and they incessantly contact you!! Not friendly. The check in process after booking was cumbersome.

The hotel is excellent and I would stay there again.
The hotel is excellent and I would stay there again. The location is excellent, the staff is very pleasant. The hotel itself has a nice intimate feel and is very clean. Next trip to Milan i will definitely stay here again.
As the only drawback, I would mention the sound insulation, which is not the best because you can hear speech from the surrounding rooms.

The lighting in the rooms are poor. I am elderly and like to read and it was hard to even with all the lights turned on
